1. What is the San Clemente Home Tour

   The Tour is a curated selection of homes located in San Clemente that will be open to explore. Our first tour will be in October 2025.

2. Who is organizing the Tour?

   Our village of volunteers.

3. Where do profits go?

   SC Home Tour is a 501(c)3 and all the money raised will go back to public schools within the city of San Clemente

4. How much are tickets?

   Early bird tickets are $125.

5. Where can I buy tickets for the Tour?

   Here! Check back in May.

6. Is there an age limit to go on the Tour?

   Yes, attendees must be 13 years or older.

7. How many times can I walk through a home?

   As many as you’d like during open house hours.

8. When and where can I view the home tour map?

   Here! Check back in September.

9. Can I bring my service dog to homes?

   No animals allowed on the Tour our of respect to the home owners and any of our friends with allergies. If you need special services, please reach out and we will explore way to accomodate.

10. Where can I get the SC Home Tour Guidebook?

    The guidebook comes with the purchase of a ticket and will also be for sale at Shannon Kate Designs on Del Mar Avenue.
